Position Summary

Join Karrot as our Growth Operations Specialist (6-month contract with possibility of conversion into full time position), where you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth initiatives across various platforms. This is a generalist role, ideal for someone who is hungry, loves to hustle, and enjoys problem-solving. The role offers an opportunity to convert to a full-time position upon successful performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support growth operations including paid marketing, SEO, online-community building and more.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of growth strategies.
  • Execute and manage growth experiments to validate hypotheses and scale successful initiatives.
  • Develop creative solutions to overcome growth challenges and drive user acquisition.

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong problem solving skills and can demonstrate the ability to develop solutions to ambiguous challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong time management skillset, with the ability to autonomously own tasks to completion
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with paid performance ads, community management, and SEO is a plus.
  • Experience using any digital platform or tool such as Wordpress, HubSpot, Braze, Google Analytics, CleverTap, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Amplitude, Shopify, AHREFs, SEMRush, and more.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant field with a job that includes any of Digital, Marketing, Email, Content, or Conversion in the title. For example: Digital Marketing Coordinator, Email Lead, or Content Marketing Specialist.

Opportunity

  • This is a 6-month contract role with the potential for conversion to a full-time position based on performance.
